Next: Play. STEP 1. The Auskicker races forward, picks up the ball, gives it to the adult, runs around them and gets the ball back.
Give one player in each pair a football and have the pairs stand on the edge of the playing area. Next: Play. STEP 1. When you say “go”, player one runs towards a cone with player two following a few steps behind carrying the football. Once player one reaches the cone, they turn and receive a handball from player two. STEP 2.
MIX IT UP - HANDBALL TAG: - This drill requires a partner to assist. - The aim of the game is to see who can tag their opponent with the football the most in 1 minute. - For a tag to count, the player with the football must handball the football into the body of their partner. Each hit is worth 1 point. - The player with the most points wins.
